Items will be shipped via USPS, either priority or First Class mail depending on your choice. First class mail includes shipping to the US and Canada only. If you would like to purchase insurance for you item(s), please contact me and I will be happy to add it on. All shipments will automatically be sent with delivery confirmation.
I can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Soft-soled shoes may be returned if they are NOT washed and NOT worn.

I'm sorry, but we can not refund shipping charges. All exchanges must be done within 30 days. All sale items are final. When exchanging for store credit, I will gladly pay the return postage for your replacement.
